I have owned many high performance cars over the years and Rhoel Gray is the best service advisor that I have ever used. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, explain the nature of any repairs that are being made, and provide me with great advice. He has gone out of his way to provide me with advice about oil and coolant issues when I have been traveling and needed assistance over the phone. Mr. Gray is an invaluable asset to Germain BMW.

I called about a previously owned vehicle and these guys were very accommodating! The vehicle had already been loaded on a transport for the auto auction. I was just starting my search for a pre-owned vehicle to replace my old Honda Accord and a BMW was not on the top of my list of cars to buy.
