I have had to take my vehicle in a couple of times to BMW and Germain BMW (Chuck is my service rep), is always good to me when I arrive til I pick up. Servicing a high end vehicle shouldn't be anything less than this.

We were in the market for a new car and thought for sure we wanted the Glc Mercedes. We decided to just take a look at the BMW X 3 and while doing so Amhad Suid approached us and offered his help. Yesterday evening I left an item in the loaner car upon returning it to the dealership. It was a small birthday item for a celebration dinner I was heading out to at a nearby restaurant. Imagine my surprise when Chuck Griffith showed up at the table with the item after contacting my husband and finding out where we were dining! Talk about customer service. I located a car online and emailed an inquiry. Daron was very quick to answer all of my questions completely and thoroughly. I eventually bought the car sight unseen and I was continually very impressed with how smooth the process was.
