Our truck died a few miles from the dealer. We had it flat bedded to the dealer a few minutes before closing, Chuck Griffith made sure the repair and service of my vehicle as painless as possible, a loaner was ready for us and my truck was fixed quickly the first time and soon we were on our way. Everything was easy! Met Alex Soare as I was browsing lot. We reviewed benefits of various vehicle classes and available accessory options. Experienced a test drive and collected vehicle data for home study. Revisited Germain BMW a couple of days later with trade in vehicle to sign contract and leave with new pre-owned BMW. I have owned a Mercedes , Audi and now two BMW's ! And during the past two months I have test driven them again along with the Lexus ! Why I waisted my time I am not sure .......there is absolutely no comparison to the BMW . But it's not just the car !!!! It's who I am buying it from .
