Brought my car in to have the windshield replaced due to a crack. Besides taking care of that problem a needed repair was spotted with the starter. Thankfully this was able to be taken care of under the car's extended warranty. I was very impressed not only with the prompt communication but how efficiently and smoothly things are run. During the service appt. I was using a loner car. My 86 year led Mom, fell and I was unable to return the loaner car and pick up my car. When I called Rhoel to ask him if he wanted my husband to return the loaner Rhoel assured me there was no problem to return the loaner the next day. It was so nice to not only receive excellent mechanical service but, empathy for a personal situation.

I purchased a used vehicle at Germaine BMW and could not be happier with the experience. We drove 3+ hours to test and ultimately purchase this vehicle. Daron and Pete work together and quite well at that. John in finance was efficient and extremely helpful in finding a low rate. We brought one of our cars down to Florida from CT this past summer planning to leave it here year round. It was not scheduled for servicing before we left so I scheduled a service appointment at Germain BMW in Naples for January. We had t realized that our maintence contract had expired.
