I went to Germain BMW of Naples just to look at some options . I met with Paul Melendez and I knew I was in good hands. Paul was very honest (told me he was new), but made sure he answered all of my questions by involving his managers. I felt like I was a member of his family and not a customer. Once I took a test drive in the 2016 228i convertible I was in love and proudly drove it home that day. I felt no pressure from Paul and I knew I was make a well informed decision. It is rare that I take the time to comment on a positive experience I have had when dealing with car repairs. As a female who knows "nothing" about cars I have complete trust in Rhoel at Germain. I feel he is honest with me and never tries to sell me something I don't need. He explains in detail what the repairs are, what needs to be done immediately and what can be budgeted for a later date. Chuck did an incredible job with my M5 service. It was the second time I worked with him. I bought an i3 with Greg Bell and again I had a great experience. He manged finances to save enough money and meet my target price. After many bad experiences with BMW in Norwood Massachusetts, I did not want to deal with BMW but now I would not deal with anyone else.
