It's rare that I write such reviews but the service and attention I receive at at the Germain BMW service department is beyond good, it's downright excellent. I recently purchased my fourth BMW from Germain BMW and once again was treated tremendously. The professional attitude from the entire team never seems to diminish. My wife's X5 was being brought in for some repairs and we left with a new X5. The deal that Mike Brin put together made the decision easy.

Germain BMW took care of my needs even it's over my maintenance program. They told me Victor was not working any more, but Brian was as good as him. I've done oil change, air filter replacement, rear brake pads replacement plus highest satisfaction service.
