I've enjoyed my 428i for 7 months but the service I have received from Germain BMW has been superior. Work is done right without a long wait.

I just stopped by to see if I might want to get a newer car. Alex Soare was very knowledgable and helpful without the pressure you get from many of the sales people. After looking at a couple of different models, I decided it was time to buy. From start to finish, it was the most pleasurable buying experience I ever had. BTW, I should mention I am 68 years old and that was probably the 15th car I have purchased in the last 45 years.

Germaine was just great in helping us acquire our new X5. We traded in a BMW 5 Series and the service we received from Germaine and our sales rep, Ahmad, was just terrific. I wasnt planning on buying a car the day I walked in to look at a couple of cars I saw on the internet. I was just looking. Alex made it so pleasant and comfortable that I drove away with a new (2013) BMW. I had to take the car back for the Xylon coating a week or so later and it went like clockwork. I traded in my Porsche Turbo Cabriolet for BMW M6 Cabriolet because of the great service my wife has always obtained on her BMW X5. This service was because her X5 needed some brake fluid. Not only did they promptly change the brake fluid, they also changed a filter (I think the air filter) because its better to make sure the car is in tip top condition. The service people are the most competent available in the industry - - and the most friendly!
