I bought BMW 328i CPO 2 weeks ago and I didn't even drive it 2 days!!!! At the beginning i wanted to program the autostop engine button and paint the rims they took 3 days and when i went to pick it up the check engine indicator was on! I purchased a new BMW from them. First, they totally low-balled me on my trade, then the salesman promised us a really nice gift since we purchased a car from them. This is the worst dealership I have ever been too I left my car there for an old change and service and when I came back the next day they didn't even touch the car and wanted to keep it for another day also when told them to give me my car back they gave me papers that said they did an instion when 2 of there service agent told me that they haven even started on the car. Never coming back to the murrieta location Escondido is way better
Ryan Corneille was a fantastic service advisor !! I was disappointed with the wash rack personnel. My tires did not get the usual tire dressing, and they didn't wipe down my back seat, which was quite dusty. The mechanics here are first rate. I will be back.
I headed over to BMW of Murrieta not knowing much other than I wanted a 3 Series BMW. The salesman that helped me was very polite, I saw the vehicle I liked and asked if I could look inside and was obliged. I will be as objective as possible. I've had a lease through BMW Financial and was wondering if I could trade in for a decent car at a decent monthly payment. My credit was "approved" since I made all my payments on-time. Joe Garcia was excellent at providing me with alternatives within the restrictions I provided. I am a 30 year owner of BMW's. I have dealt with many dealerships and have to say this is absolutely a terrible example of what BMW is supposed to be. First, I took my 7 series in for a recall. I received an email stating I had an oil leak and needed approximately 7k in work. If I did indeed need the work I would have no issue but that was not the case. The dealership was not upfront with me about the 48 mi reading on the odometer. Told me it was normal and they (service) had to perform some tests which accrued additional mileage. This was a pre-order/customized X5 which I waited 4-5 weeks to be built!
