Dave Walter was the 2nd BMW dealership we went to after we decided exactly the car and options we wanted. Josh was very knowledgeable and explained all the options in detail to us. He did not try to hard sell anything, which we appreciated. The car really sold itself. Josh spent a lot of time with us, both before the sale and when we went to pickup the vehicle. BMWs are not inexpensive vehicles, but we are satisfied with the deal they gave us (we had a trade-in). We would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends.
Had an issue getting the car in time due to an problem at port, the dealership kept me in the loop and made everything go so incredibly smoothly. Eric Eisenhart is the epitome of a Client Advisor, highly recommend is an understatement! I was between a 5 series and a 3 series, and when I finally settled on the 3 series Eric was very helpful and patient as I selected my color combination etc. I now have my dream car thanks to Eric and his dedication and hard work!
Josh allowed a fair bit of negotiation over the phone initially which really saved my time. Although his bid was not the lowest from the start, he not only was willing to match that better offer, but beat it substantially to earn my business. Well worth the 45 minute drive from Cleveland.
met all my expectations. great price and good service. will come back for scheduled maintenance. took time to go over the car. then drove my other car home with me after hours, thus spending extra 2 hours on Friday night to get me home. no issues were seen
The dealership handled our out of state used car purchase very well and as quickly as possible. They even picked my husband and his father up at the Cleveland airport, which is about an hour away from the dealership. Bob Strecker was an easy salesman to work with - very responsive and attentive to our questions and concerns. The one negative with our experience was dealing with Eric Eisenhart. My total car buying experience was wonderful! They were helpful from the time we walked until the day we left with our vehicle. Josh did a great job handling all my concerns with trading in my car. He was prompt with every phone call and response. He knew what I needed and he made sure I got it. Dave Walter BMW has very friendly and knowledgeable employees! They were very pleasant and easy to work with. I am always skeptical of car sales persons (bad stereotype I guess), but from the moment I started with with my sales person, they were very friendly and I was not pressured.
