Just purchased an X3 from Roxanne Roch, and she was fantastic to work. No pressure, and very patient as kept trying to find the right CPO car within our budget. She also knows her stuff and was nice to desal witha fell BMW aficionado. Definitely look forward to working with her again!
Roxanne's is EXCEPTIONAL!! The level of service I received was by far the best I've experienced in my entire car buying history. She's knowledgable, courteous, and very professional. Great experience working with Brandon Kim on my recent purchase of 4 series GC. Notified me the first day the launch car arrived at dealer. Let me test drive and work out the contract with minimal hassles. Also Sean Hong in finance was very helpful in wrapping up the purchase, since there was a lot of paperwork involved.
I enjoyed working with Brandon to purchase my X-3 as he was straight to the point and ready to do business without all of the back and forth hassle which I highly respect and prefer to experience when buying a car. Trying to narrow down make and model and visiting several dealers you get to meet number of sales person and different approach. Working with Brandon was relaxing without pressure. It was apparent he was very knowledgeable and car loving person himself. He was helpful in providing information for us to make a decision on the BMW 435i xDrive Gran Coupe. Throughout the process and even after purchase he was accommodating, and trustworthy.
