I had a terrible experience with the service department today. I made an appointment for a regular car maintenance (oil change). When I dropped off my X3, I was told it takes 2 to 3 hours. After 3 hours passed, I went to the representative Ali and he simply told me to wait in the waiting area. Then 3.5 hours passed. I went to Ali for an status update. By far the best experience I've had at a dealership everything was stream lined and ready to go, the sales rep to the finance manager everyone was amazing thanks alot guys
My wife and I bought our 21 X5M Competition. Our sales associate was Suvin. He is absolutely amazing and provided us with the best buying experience that we have ever had with any other company. I have taken our vehicle for regular maintanence and Suvin goes out of his way to make sure I am taken care of and have the best experience. If you go, make sure you do business with Suvin!
This review is for the service department. I am writing as they still have my X5 after dropping it off May 24th, it is now June 11th. The car was brought in for regular maintenance and to check the parking sensor. The sales rep was out multiple times, and after many follow-ups we never really got an answer for the status other than the sale rep is on vacation. Be ware if dealing with these people here. Go to any darker but then. If they write back a response to your genuine negative review it is a dishonest lie to show the public they try to undo their misrepresentation and lies but will never respond to you. If they do (like Sam lee still waiting his review/call 3 months later). i am writing to express my extreme displeasure with the service i received today. i had a 9am appointment. i arrived 5 mins early. i was told to wait in the waiting room until my CA came by. at 9:45am no one had come by, so i inquired. they said just a few more minutes while he finishes up with a customer. 15 mins later, still no one. i asked for my keys and indicated i would take my business elsewhere. to top it off, they left my vehicle running the entire hour in the service lane.
I had a wonderful experience with Khalil. Walking into the BMW in Rockville, everyone was unwelcoming. Khalil was the only person to greet us. He made the process easy and pressure-free. He was very attentive, helpful, and took time to guide me through the process and answered my questions. I highly recommend Khalil to potential BMW buyers without any reservations!
