The service is terrible, non existing really. We are waiting for tags for 2 1/2 months. Endless phone calls to many people. You get ignored, nobody bothers to call you back or take care of the problem. I would never buy a car from this dealership again. Worst service ever.
12/01/2021: I purchased a vehicle about a month ago and the buying experience was phenomenal. I left there as a satisfied customer. I am giving them a 1-Star because here I am after 2 months with no tags nor registration. I am unable to drive my vehicle and go to work because of their “tag and registration” third party company handles this part of their business. Survin helped me to buy an X5. I say helped ME to buy as he didn’t try to sell it to me. Just super friendly, helpful, informative and very customer service minded - even bought us dinner while our paperwork was being sorted!
My service representative Mr Robert Clark was extremely cold and unfriendly. He totally ruined my experience with your service center. I did not buy my car from this location but I decided to get service here. This is my 2nd time coming here and will probably be my last thanks to Mr Clark. 3 voicemails and multiple emails were ignored for 9 days. The Car was sold while I waited for someone to call me back. I called four times and left three voice mails for Alonso Avila. Mr. Avila emailed me that the car was available January 11. I got another email from Mr. O'brien, January 18 stating the car was still available. I replied to his email with questions. Review is how the dealership, mainly the GM handled an issue I had with my x6 after having servicing the vehicle since I purchased it brand new with the dealership itself. An issue had surfaced while the car was under warranty. However, the mechanics could not diagnosis it because no code was presenting itself. The code finally surfaced after the warranty had expired.
