Your experience with a dealership is often defined by your experience with a salesperson, and fortunately for BMW of Rockville (and me) they have Suvin Viswanathan. Suvin's demeanor, honesty, guidance, reliability and patience with me converted me from someone cautiously looking into purchasing his first BMW to someone who is now sold on the brand for life. My experience was exceptional due to my sales person Suvin Viswanathan who made my buying experience very pleasant and stress-free. Not only was he personable but he was also extremely professional. I highly recommend him and if buying another car, I would use him again

Booking an appointment with these folks is a miserable experience. I finally got it booked after about a half hour, but it required wasting time trying to do an online booking, then waiting on hold to get a regular booking, and THEN waiting online to have a service writer to reserve a loaner car. HE NEVER called me back to confirm the loaner. However, I called up a different dealership (20 miles further away) -- and ALL OF THIS was done, in one phone call, and in less than 5 minutes. We had a good experience with the purchase of our Mazda used car at BMW of Rockville. But that's where it ended. We had a devil of a time getting tags and title for the car. They said they'd come on 30-45 days and when those dates passed and we tried to call for help the salesman, Simon, WOULD NOT TAKE OUR CALLS! After 60 days we went to the dealership and sat down with Suvin who seemed like he wanted to help (Simon would not see us...) but of course he subsequently would not return calls either. As a dealership 4 1/2 stars. Im not able to give a 1/2 star so rounded down Trying to keep my review short with PRO/CON list Rockville Dealership: PRO: -Had the allocation for my car -Was able to work out a price that was FAIR for our current climate -Clean bathroom/waiting areas -Super nice staff and sales people Cons: -No food items (may be COVID related but they had coffee which I feel like it is the same) -Was hoping to see more show room cars. -BMW along with a lot of bank financing really sucks right now. I only have a 4 because of the dealership and my prior dealings with other staff. But since Russell left I had the pleasure of working with Robert to change Battery and he gets above 100% for his courteous, prompt, kind, professional behavior for a smooth service. On Friday, July 29, we had another excellent sales experience with Suvin. He originally helped us choose and lease an X5 in 2019, and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient in helping us make our selection and in completing our paperwork. Since then, he has always been there for us in case we've needed assistance or advice. Our recent appointment with him last week was because our lease was ending.
