I had been working for well over a month with another local dealership in trying to lease a 2016 528xi, I never felt truly comfortable with the negotiation. I will NEVER do business with BMW of Rockville again. I recently leased my second BMW from them. I love my BMW but am infuriated that I was misled and advised that I could cancel the Tire and Wheel Service Contract without any hassle.
I guess my previous review was removed.. Apparently they one accept positive reviews at this dealership. The customer service means nothing here. I was looking at a car on their lot as well as a similar car at another dealership. I quickly found out that they do not care about the customer. Started off with two sales people and then was pawned off to one of the managers. Horrible experience and a waste of two days. Couldn't even return a phone call. They would just rather communicate through emails..
Waited 2 months for my new BMW. When they called I was in Ocean City. I left immediately to go get my new car. When I'm about 10 minutes away, they called and said pick it up tomorrow, there's a problem. The key needed to be reprogrammed. So next day they called again said it's ready. This dealership had the vehicle I wanted. I spent the entire day Saturday working with Scott Sohn and Elias Contianes to put a deal together since it was an out of state purchase and I didn't want to waste me time driving down 5 hours and 5 hours back if the deal was not going to happen. My new BMW Z4 came in. I was called and told to pick it up. I left Ocean City, MD. and when I got about 15 minutes from BMW of Rockville, I was called and told the key needed to be reprogrammed. I told them to keep it until everything was working right. I was called the next day and told the problem was fixed. I went to pick it up and the car was dirty on the inside. I scheduled a test drive and told that I was not in the test drive list. I was told by Suvin that they would drop off a loaner at my house so I can test drive . Never heard back and no car . Thank you for wasting my time. I got a new i3 a week later from another dealer...........
After 2 hrs wait they didn't have any car for rent. They ask me to wait another 2 hr or change my tired then they will provide us a loaner .
A month ago I called the Manager Kevin Topolski at the dealership to setup an appointment for the repair of my 7 series . After leaving two messages, I never got a call back. Today I needed to get a blown tire replaced. Their GM, Lance Mitchell told me it will take less than 90 minutes to replace the tire and it will not be worth getting a loaner.
