My wife and I purchased a 328D from BMW of Rockville. At the time we purchased several additional warranties. We were told that these warranties are refundable based on the unused portion. We reached out to BMW to get an amount of refund and process it as we will be purchasing a different vehicle. After calling no less than 12 times without an answer I reviewed them on Facebook negatively. After that review we finally heard back from David Mills who is there sales manager. He promised that we would hear back from him the nex... read more

I actually left the silver spring Bmw angry because the service was so horrible. A friend told me to try Rockville. She contacted her sales Rep in rockville and he immediately contacted me regarding my concerns. My sales Rep Suvin V. completely removed the bad taste in my mouth that the other location left. He was personable , friendly , and I left the owner of a brand new vehicle. I have had really bad experiences with car buying in general. But I think Suvin changed the game for me. Suvin was so knowledgeable about all of ... read more

Updated post regarding the CPO X3 that had been in an undisclosed accident—tried to come to resolution with the General Manager the best they would offer was to extend the existing warranty by a year. Warranty was extremely limited, only covering “defects in materials or workmanship” which clearly precludes the impact of possible damage caused by the previous owner which is the very reason that I am concerned about the safety and reliability of the CPO in the first place and only comes with a full legal release. Which would ... read more

If you're reading this and considering taking your car to BMW Rockville Service Center, please don't do it. Consider another location, even if it is further away from you. This is an unethical and unprofessional service center. Scott Cascone said that BMW service surveys are not sent to customers who might provide low ratings. Scott Cascone also said that the cars are not fully and appropriately serviced in cases where they believe the customer might provide low ratings. Yes, you read correctly. I asked to tell me this in wr... read more

When I asked yesterday for the ‘”courtesy loaner” at BMW of Rockville MD the service advisor said that I did not qualify for one because I lacked collision insurance. I showed him my current State Farm insurance card for my BMW. I explained that any collision damage to their loaner would be covered by that company if caused by others or by VISA if caused by me. However the manager confirmed this was “company policy” even if customers had not been notified of it in advance. Therefore I had to pay Enterprise, which had no prob... read more

This dealership I would avoid. I wanted to do most of the up front business online to save time. I wanted to trade in my 2014 bmw on a new x6. I filled out the online appraisal form and inquired about the new vehicle several times. I got an auto response once saying I would heard from the Sales Manager on the trade in value. I never heard back from the sales manager. 5 days have gone by and have not heard from anyone. Now the car I wanted is sold. Follow up/Customer Service and response time is very important and this dealer... read more

This dealer offered MSRP where other dealers were trying to sell an M2 over MSRP. Still you have to be careful there is some salesmanship going on. I did feel a lot of pressure to buy protection packages. Some I chose, One I decided on before picking up the car to be fair. I guess I'll find out if I made the right choice later. I don't like buyer protection plans in general. On a smaller note, I was told initially that nitrogen was required in the tires when I was putting a deposit down on the car. This was a $99 cost to me.... read more

Have had 5 tires put on car in 25K miles. Each time they blame it on the road. Unable to fix other problems after 10 times for same issues. Service person took my car home without my consent for weekend "test drive" put 180 miles on it and charged me to put gas into the car. Would not admit any wrong-doing but said that I would get car detailed and full tank of gas. I got the detail but they never made good on the gas. The service people are very rude and basically laugh at you when you become upset with their inferior servi... read more

I purchased a pre-owned BMW X4 from this dealer and noticed a stone chip in the windshield within 5 minutes of driving away. I returned with the car and they insisted that the damage happened after I drove it off the lot. I called an auto glass company to fix the chip at my expense. When the technician arrived and examined the windshield chip, he noticed that it was repaired before and showed me the resin from the prior repair. The damage was not disclosed by the dealer and they hid it from the CARFAX report before I purchas... read more
