"Joy is an expert in both customer service and BMWs...." Joy is an expert in both customer service and BMWs. Especially M series. She’s the only reason I have come back to Rockville. She was able to breakdown and speak to the mechanics and what they meant for me and tailored a maintenance plan that fit my day today needs. Joy is a must retain and super responsive and very patient. Suvin with sales is also tremendous! Thank you guys so much!

Clean, organized, efficient, attentive staff at all levels, unique video service to see work needed, team work is apparent..Customer waiting area needs redesigning, as there are customers who bring their business laptops and openly conduct office work/talks, while others are trying to view and hear the screen offerings. Petitioned areas as you had before renovations would be perfect.

From the minute we walked into the dealership till we drove away with our new car, Suvin helped us to decide which model and features were the best fit for us. He also went out of his way to make a house call to determine if the car needed to be serviced. He spent time explaining to me the differences between a high performance car and a regular performance car. He definitely will go above and beyond what you typically experience with a salesperson!

I had an accident and they went out of their way to help me with a loaner car when Geico wouldn't. My salesperson Suvin is also to be commended.
