I recognized faces of employees that have been there for years and received excellent customer service from the initial man who took my car away, to my service rep, Joy, to the tenured cashier!

They built new dealership building, so nice and clean and service steps are very kind and during service processing, they keep updating with text or phone what's going on. Very comfortable to take service at there. Their loaner car program is is very convenient while service takes for a while.

It was a simple process and the team at BMW Rockville worked hard to arrange an appointment that worked best for me.
