My friend found a hard-to-find model, a 220i with two doors in sunset orange, and I went to the site and it was smooth and fair. Mr. Emmitt Green was very helpful and informative. He even arranged delivery with an outside service straight to my NYC apartment. He was courteous and patient and was available and watchful every step of the way. A wonderful experience.
