"Excellent Experience" We were exploring possibilities for a new car lease, and Maria made the experience a pleasure. She was knowledgeable and responsive to all questions/issues. We encountered a “glitch” along the way (stuff happens) and Maria and the entire dealership team resolved it quickly and efficiently. Overall an excellent experience!

"Had first servicing of the 2018 year car, windshield washer." The service center is under renovation and car wash was not working. Current location is not very welcoming. But service was good.Supposed to give a car wash voucher.

"Surprisingly Smooth and Enjoyable Experience" Cars are my passion, but I hate purchasing them. Many times I know more about the car I'm purchasing than the sales associate and actually purchasing it is always a hassle. I'm please to say that wasn't the case at BMW of Rockville. All the staff and sales associates I encountered were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I'd especially like to recognize Roxanne as she made what's typically a bad experience, very pleasant.

"Smooth and Easy Purchasing Experience with Suvin" I recently purchased a 2016 CPO 340i X-Drive stick shift from Suvin. Searching for a stick shift that was certified is no easy task in 2019.
