"service experience " Mark Grant was very professional and responsive. The labor expense seemed very excessive, nearly 3Xs the cost of parts and service seemed to be duplicative.

"BMW 328i" This is the first time I have purchase a vehicle from BMW Rockville and I had a very positive experience. Maria was extremely helpful when assessing which BMW would be best for my particular needs and helped narrow down the search efficiently. She was very enthusiastic throughout the whole process whilst being attentive to my specific situation (relocation to another state). "Momma got the ride she wanted" We had been looking at the X3 and knew what we wanted. I called Rockville BMW to ask about one feature and told the sales associate, Alwyn, the website indicated they did not have the car we wanted.
