Chris Decarlo, the service manager, has set a standard that has been consistent with everyone I have worked with over the years. I have bought 7 BMW's from Matt Hoffmann at Field's Daytona over the 10 years. As good as Matt has been witch is exceptional, the service department is the best I have ever encountered.
