"Always a great experience " I have had continued great service from Fields BMW of Daytona Beach. They even found and resolved major safety issues that I was unaware of from when I purchased my vehicle at a different dealership. I can fully say I trust Fields BMW of Daytona Beach with my life.
"Tamara recall appointment " From the time I arrived at the service department (about 15 minutes early), I was treated as a valued customer. The waiting lounge is outstanding. I was kept informed of progress. My car was returned to me cleaned and ready to go. I was totally amazed.

"Very Good" The service was great. I had my airbags updated and was able to get service also. The airbags were due to a safety update. The other services were done on my request since I was new to the area and this was my first chance to get the work done.

"Great Cust. Svc. and both Parts and Sales Svcs." Parts Dept. was excellent. Employee knowledgeable, helpful and knew exactly what parts I needed which I didn't know names for, even walk outside to view vehicle to ascertain exactly what I required.
