"Great place been coming there for years " They made me an omelette upon arrival I been coming there for years to grab parts and make bagels this time I did service and it was definitely 5 ??
"Inspection of air conditioner & regular maintenance" Air conditioning issue was addressed to my satisfaction after problem was detected and options were clearly explained in an easy to understand manner. Employees were polite and professional.
"Dave was very professional and took care of all my needs. " You have a new customer. Great dealership and staff. Process was out of the ordinary they had to deal with Vista in Pomoano beach. Dave resolved all her could for me.
"Oil change" Quick check in and wait time. Dave was very friendly and attentive. Had broken mirror and when guy washed car he loosened it so it fell off as I was leaving dealer
"Car repairs " Was having problems with starting car brought to dealership 3 times but hopefully finally fixed electrical problems can be so difficult to figure out I think this is the fix
"Customer Service Stars!!" Matt & Jason went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of in the fastest and most efficient way. They kept in contact to give us updated status reports and made us feel like we mattered. There is a difference between dealerships and we will continue to deal with Fields of Daytona, even though we live in Jacksonville! Worth the drive!
"Great service" One of my best service experiences. Everything was completed in a timely manner. From the time I arrived until I departed all of the employees were professional and courteous.
"Great customer service" Service rep (Patti) accommodated my request to expedite an unexpected service bulletin incorporation (A/C related) during routine maintenace appointment. She was extremely helpful. Great job.
"Service" Patti is the best BMW service adviser in all of Central Florida. It's like giving your car to a family member. Very trustworthy and honest, quick and efficient. Top shelf customer service. Everyone is extremely courteous.
