"Service" New servixe manager dave was excellent... the service was good and timely... dave arranged for car to be brought to me.... i was vrry pleased with the entire process! This is my 3rd bmw in the past 6 years bought from fields!

"Treated like I was only car being repaired" Unfortunate circumstances put me at Fields BMW. I struck a raccoon with my new M3 and knocked oil cooler off dumping all oil on I-95 at 1:30 in the morning. The tow truck driver delivered me to the dealer about 6:30 A.M. some employees were starting to filter in and immediately started taking care of me. By 7 A.M. "Convertible top " Jason did a great job communicating on the repair and the workmanship was very good on the repair. The only disappointment was the price of the BMW parts that are very expensive. The parts pricing would keep me from buying another BMW

"Love Jack at BMW of Daytona! " My Husband always takes my car Lucy in for her check ups. We love the warm greeting we get, the loan of a car to keep us from tying up both our days with appt, to drop off car pick up. And we love that Jack always takes time even on his lunch to pop in and say hi to us. The show room is always clean, and the service is excellent. Thank you for your outstanding service.
