"everyrhing requested was done in one day" I got a ride home by the BMW shuttle after dropping off my car in the morning. Two recall items were repaired and I also got an oil and filter service. After repairs were completed I was picked up by the BMW shuttle and taken back to the dealership.

"BMW Service" Although I believe the front inside welcoming needs work, which I understand is being address finally, it will make the experience more professional. My car needed service as the oil light was on so I stopped in, in without an appointment. I was greeted by a tall thin gentleman, he was wonderful, forgot his name, I usually see Renee but she is always busy and seems to be in a Rush so I saw Michael Powell and I was very happy with our exchange and I will continue to see him in the future, he was wonderful! "Overall good experience - Pick up was clumsy though" Overall good experience but felt that the pickup experience could have been much better as I had to wait to talk with a service person before I could obtain my car. They were all busy either on the phone or with customers and my car was ready after a routine checkup. I think the move to NOT staff the cashier's desk was unfortunate and not in the customers best interest. If we had additional questions about the repair I would ask to speak to a service rep.
