Excellent customer service and experience. Made the deal in 15 minutes. Delivery process took 30 minutes. I was out the door with new X3 within 60 minutes. I have never experienced this fast service at other BMW dealership.

I visited PARK AVE BMW to checkout the i8. Aimon showed me all the features of the car, let me take it for a test drive and i fell in love. The entire paperwork process was painless and Aimon made me and my family feel like we were at home. Any visit i made to the service center was always a pleasure when dealing with Claudio. Had my new X6M lowered tuned to stage 1 new black ceramic pipes and black grill. I live in CT and the dealers there all failed to even call me back on info found Park Ave on line they couldn't have been more helpful. They wanted my business and made sure i was happy from start to finish.
