Worked with Cristhian and he was great. Friendly, considerate, and showed great customer service. Didn't feel like your normal dealership, I felt comfortable and Cristhian answered all my questions and doubts and was up front. Dealership was clean and looked nice. Would definitely recommend this dealership to someone looking for a car.
I have to admit as a woman there are two things I absolutely dread doing. Buying and servicing my car. I always feel as if I'm being taken advantage of. I must say I no longer feel that way after dealing with Heron Dedios. Not only did he take the time to answer all my silly questions and there were many of them. He also answered my emails promptly throughout the day. The issue with my 3 Series sedan was corrected and it was done in a reasonable amount of time at little cost to me. I am very pleased.
I experienced great service from Park Ave. on my 2007 328CI. My service advisor, Daniel kept me will informed on progress throughout the whole time my car was in the shop. He answered all my questions I had and explained in detail all of the work that was done. His technical knowledge and courteous personality make it an easy decision for me to make Park Ave my service dealer of choice and will definitely be coming back in the future.

I have moved quite a bit over the years and no matter the distance, it will always be worth it to take the drive. I was so impressed with Hans Lee and Park Avenue BMW. They really care. I am glad I met Hans. He is the best by far.
