I spoke with Nik Stanke several times over the phone prior to visiting the dealership. He was professional, friendly, prompt to return calls and generally great to work with. I live in Birmingham and was hoping to find something local, but my dealings with Nik prompted me to make the drive to Chattanooga. The entire staff was easy to work with, efficient and made it worth the drive. Highly recommend working with Nik.

Amazing! Tom Williams BMW in Birmingham, Al sold the 2011 550 i GT that they were working on for my husband and I all week. They avoided our calls so saw a 2012 black on black GT and I called Tom Williams to see if they could get it. Well BMW of Chattanooga called me and began to work on getting things together for us got us approved a day later to pick it up. On Friday 24 August 2012 we stopped by the dealership 'just to take a look'. Kelly Cosper assisted us in narrowing down our selection and we test drove a used and a new X3.
