Dealing with the Kelly and Leslie was a pleasant experence. Both were curtious and professional throught out the process. Since I had not planned to buy/trade vechiles when I came into the dealership they did everything to expeditated the process so I could be on my way with a new truck!
Bought my first BMW from BMW of Chattanooga. Was looking to go to an SUV for more room. Possibly X3 or X5. Saw a CPO 5 series and loved it. Christine was my sales rep and was very helpful. Never to pushy,very friendly,worked out the numbers to give me a great car at a affordable price. Ill be back!!
BMW of Chattanooga provided excellent service and customer care during my recent visit for service. In fact, after spending the day with their wonderful sales staff, I went home with a different BMW that really fitted me with the type of vehicle I needed for my job as a traveling therapist. Don't waste your time going anywhere else, one stop here and you will be a happy BMW owner.
Found car on Autotrader and buying car was very efficient. They answered all the questions and made purchase very easy. Dove in from out of state and all was ready when we got there.
Nik was GREAT. He took a lot of time with me showing me all the great feature on my new BMW. I hope to business with him again.
