We purchased our 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited from BMW of Chattanooga. We did not intend to go to BMW because we thought it was only high end cars they sold, but my husband suggested we just go look for fun. We pulled in and saw the car we had been searching for at other dealers. We went to Carmax and then back to BMW to compare prices and options. Great sales team made our Ford Flex purchase fast and simple. Management went the extra mile to clear up an item with our used car purchase. My new 328i is a fantastic car. Nik Stanke made my first experience with BMW ownership the best. Nik goes above and beyond to ensure that you understand how to operate the vehicle properly and most of all how to maximize your enjoyment. All of those involved in my experience were fantastic. This type of service really does make a difference and will make me want to continue to own these cars.
Bender was extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. He work late into the night to ensure we were able to drive away in our new vehicle. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership.
