Andy is quite the professional. I really enjoyed working with him. Jeremy is very knowledgeable about the service end and a pleasure as well. They gave me a good value in the trade. The only thing was the rotors were warped, so I had Lexus of Chattanooga to fix them for $199. I wished they had fixed that before putting it up for sale. Other than that, the experience was excellent. If I were the dealer, I would move Jeremy to full service, he is excellent with customers. He is a keeper. I would recommend this dealership for many reasons! First of all, from the moment I walked in the door, all the employees were kind and friendly. I had an appointment with Nik, but he was busy with another customer. Instead of making me wait, Ed took me to look at several cars. He let me test drive a couple of them and told me about all the qualities of a BMW. He was very helpful. When Nik finished with the other customer, he took over.
