Gary Ridge was very professional, friendly and helpful. He worked with us and the vehicle inventory until we were satisfied with our decision. Came from out of state on a Saturday, to look into a great 5-series BMW, I saw online. Talked to Bender Riggs beforehand who explained everything I needed and everything the automobile had in it.. I purchased a used BMW from BMW of Chattanooga. My Sales Representative was Ed Avery. He was easy to talk to and seemed to genuinely like his job. When I noticed a leak from beneath the car the next day he had me to return it and made sure that the issue was repaired. Not only did make sure everything was fixed, he did it with a smile on his face. Even though I wasn't buying the most expensive car on the lot, he treated me as if I was. Ed is a great asset.
