Serviced Alex Flinn was great. Very easy to make appointment and made my service visit a pleasure. It was really cool to go over the vehicle with technician before they started working on it.

Repair Took my sons car in for diagnosis today and dealt with Alex Flinn. Very professional and attention to detail. Never really liked dealerships but Bill Jacobs BMW is one I would consider for service.
