Love My Service Advisor! Jeff H. Is my service advisor. He goes the extra mile in making sure my two BMW?s are up to date and serviced properly! Besides up to date maintenance, I had an annoying rattle in the lift gate on my X5. Jeff made sure that the rattle was eliminated, after much investigation and road tests; before he would release the vehicle back to me. I appreciate that level of service! Good job Jeff and Bill Jacobs for having great mechanics!!
