Deanna is the best service advisor in Service Dept I am not a big fan of dealerships servicing but after visitnh a few times to the BillJacobs BMW and dealing with their service advisor Deanna I am really happy how she explains the issue in details and helps in the defining the process in detail. She is highly qualified in her job and a very well experienced person for the job. When ever I visit Billjacobs for service I make sure I do my car service from her as she is the best in her job.
