Repair Had my 5 series towed in today to Bill Jacobs BMW. I didn’t have an appointment but they were very accommodating. Alex Flinn in Service did a great job. Price for the repair was competitive and fair. Great facility.

BMW Service at Bill Jacobs-Naperville, Illinois My service advisor Mike Alwin is always excellent. Also the service manager Erik Ryan is the BEST . My car since I?ve owned it has ONLY been serviced by a BMW dealership . No one else can touch my car and it?s proved to have been the right decision.
