Bill Jacobs BMW Service Mike Alwin and the Bill Jacobs Service Department did a fantastic job repairing our 340. We bent two wheels on heat buckled pavement. They were able to repair the rims, performed a wheel alignment the very next day after I dropped it off the evening before. Loaner car as always. My car was returned cleaned inside and out, ready to go. Thanks again guys.
Service Brought in my BMW X5 for oil change. Alex Flinn the service guy was helpful. Waiting room was clean and had complimentary coffee. Nice dealership.
