Repair Alex Flinn at Bill Jacobs BMW is a pleasure to work with. He is attentive and provides great explanation of all repairs. Have been taking my cars to many dealerships in the past and this one is my favorite.
Repair My vehicle was towed in today. Alex flinn at Bill Jacobs BMW was great. He got my car in right away and got an estimate for me quickly. Cost of repairs was not to bad and they only use BMW parts. Other repair shops use aftermarket. Happy with the service.
Great service at Bill Jacobs I got my BMW 528i serviced and Jeff was extremely helpful in resolving the specific issues and proactively addressing some other potential problems. Great customer service.

Serviced Bill Jacobs BMW was great. Had an incident with my car and had to make an emergency stop. Alex Flinn was the service advisor who helped me. He new I was in a rush and made accommodations to fit me in and get my car fixed. Great service thank you.

Serviced Had my vehicle in today with a blowout. They had my tire in stock and was able to get my BMW back out on the road. Alex Flinn has always had everything prepared for my arrival. Always great service.

Major electrical problem My car was brought in for a major electrical problem and they were able to solve it. Loaner cars were great. I reccomend Jeff from service he was fantastic. In the future if I need service or a new car I'm going there!!!!!
