Great Service At Bill Jacobs! Had my X5 in to repair a stone chip in the windshield. As usual, my service advisor, Jeff H. took good care of me. In and out pretty quick! Bill Jacobs Service center always provides great service.

Repair Brought my vehicle in with a drivetrain malfunction light on. Ended up only being an ignition coil. Alex Flinn was great and really helped me out with this issue. No hard up sell and explained everything well. I appreciate the honest recommended repair.

Certified 540i xdrive Great experience at Bill Jacobs BMW. Mark answered all my questions quickly, the process was seamless and at my pace.
