Repair Vehicle was towed in from hitting a pothole. Bill Jacobs BMW had the tire in stock and was able to get me back on the road. Alex Flinn was able to show me that no other damage was present and appreciated the time to explain the service that was needed. Great!

Service Alex Flinn in the Service Department is the absolute best. Never had an experience as good as this one. Great explanation of services and did not feel pressured. I am a 1st time BMW customer and can say that I am sold for life.
