Service Alex Flinn provided the best service. Very knowledgeable and detailed with explaining all services for my BMW. Been taking my cars to Bill Jacobs for the past 5 years and can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else.

Mike Collins Okay, why Mike is # ONE? I had an appointment for service at Bill Jacobs Bmw on Saturday however it needed immediate attention. Stopped by Thursday morning and as usual Mike greeted me with smile. Asked him that I had only couple hours and to my surprise he called the technician even before paperwork my car was on the shop.
