Going the Extra Mile Rob and Nester literally went the extra mile to find me the X5 50i I wanted with all the features; My preferences were not common but they ended up finding a vehicle. Otherwise I would of had to order to get what I wanted - paying more and waiting much longer. Although it did take a week to get I got almost daily updates from them. Great service and price. I would highly recommend.

Safety Recall I was notified of a safety recall on my vehicle I contacted Bill Jacobs BMW to find out more. I wasn?t sure how I would be treated since I had purchased my used BMW from a non-BMW dealership. I was pleasantly surprised! Everyone at Bill Jacobs BMW was AWESOME! My appointment was made quickly and I was provided a loaner while the work was done on my car. I have dealt with many dealerships and Bill Jacobs BMW is one of the very best... maybe even the best.

Service Great service. Had to bring my vehicle in for brakes making noise. Alex Flinn my Advisor was very thorough in what needed to be done. I was happy with how he took time to explain everything. I recommend getting your vehicle serviced here.

Great Service! I always take both of my BMW vehicles to Bill Jacobs for service. Their service techs always do a great job keeping my cars running perfectly. Jeff H., my service advisor is a great guy and always recommends only the service I need. Bill Jacobs is also very good with providing a loaner vehicle when I have service performed. They deserve the 5 star rating!!
