The complete experience in getting my brand new BMWx1, was perfect! Mike was very flexible, and extremely helpful. He was always available by phone, he even came to my home, and when I stopped by the dealership with questions, he was always available. This so far, has been a fabulous, and pleasant experience, not to mention, the best car ever!

Nic was a great person , I worked with him 2 weeks and was very pleasant. He answered all my questions and stayed super late to get my car ready when I purchased it. He didn't pressure me at all, he educated me on my BMW and was not just trying harp on me. I'm very happy with my experience.

I have been servicing my BMWs for over 10 years with the excellent service Advisor Mr DERRICK EDWARDS . He is always welcoming and happy to help or answer any question I have even on weekends. He is knowledgeable and treats his customers with utmost respect. Even when he is so busy with calls and running around helping his customers, you always find a smile on his face and willingness to answer your question. Nic Brown and Jim Abrecht were both a pleasure to deal with. We had some indecision on which vehicle to purchase and were going back and forth on new versus used. I went into this dealership inquiring about the BMW X5. I was nervous and anxious about buying my first luxury car...and if i was going to take the plunge to buy a luxury vehicle, then which one would i choose? BMW, Audi? I called and spoke to Rich Strickland, the service manager, learned that no appointment was necessary. Made the drive up to Towson Monday morning to drop off my 7-Series for scheduled maintenance and a few small items I wanted checked. The service lane was very clear, easy to get to, very comfortable and warm inside. I was introduced to Greg Myers who quickly gathered my information, concerns and completed the necessary paperwork.
