This dealership really went out of its way to win my business. Nic Brown and Jim Abrecht were excellent. I purchased my 2015 335i on December 20 and really enjoy the car. The service provided by this dealership makes things all the better. I also dealt with the service and parts department to take care of some added services that I ordered. Like sales, they were simply excellent. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Ever purchased a vehicle on line? I did! The experience was initially scary, but all fears and concerns were quickly removed when the salesman, Nic Brown, began corresponding both via email and phone. I just had a very positive experience buying a BMW i3 from Towson BMW. My salesman, Nic Brown, was terrific. He was knowledgable, responsive, and accommodating, patiently working with me as I returned for two test drives, asked lots of questions about lease terms and features of BMW's program for electric cars, and finally asked him to find me a car with specific features that are hard to come by in an i3. I've been going to BMW Towson to get my 535 serviced for years. Jim is usually my service adviser and he's the best! He always tells me whats going on with my car and he actually tells you how it is instead of beating around the bush. The last time I was there I had to get a rental car from their loaner department because it was going to take a day or two for my car to be worked on. I just bought a used BMW convertible. It is wonderful. My buying experience was quick and easy. Nic was my salesman and he was wonderful and responsive. The finance guy was excellent and I really enjoyed working with him. Service was also wonderful. I had the Zurich inside and out protection. The car came out great. A side piece of the rear view mirror came off the next day and zI was able to go back and get the mirror piece fixed in a few minutes. So far my experience has been great.
Nic brown was my salesman. He was very professional, helpful and a low pressure salesman. He took the time to explain all the functions of the car. The transaction was easy and quick. When an issue with the car was discovered, Nic and Bo Brand took care of the issue to my satisfaction without any questions asked . I would definitely recommend the dealership.

My wife and I were looking to replace our 2007 BMW 335i convertible with the new 4 Series convertible. Since we knew exactly the option we wanted, it was manageable to shop pricing over the internet.
