As I met with him and began the discussion I found him to be professional and most knowledgeable; which made me fill comfortable with my purchase. I was generally pleased with my buying experience. The price negotiation mostly by email was efficient for me. The actual purchase took longer than I desired because of delays to get to the finance person. I was particularly pleased with the instructions that the sales agent, Nic Brown, provided. The car's technology is complex and he patiently explained and demonstrated everything and set up some features for me. He and others were very welcoming and friendly.
Just awesome service. Mike and Jim are great. Got a great price and better service, will definitely come back for my next BMW. Best service out of all the BMW dealerships in the Maryland area.
I had visited BMW of Towson twice before I decided to move forward with the purchase of my new 2014 BMW X5. Nic Brown was the was the client advisor that helped me initially. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me navigate the different options and models that BMW offers. initially, I had been debating between an X5 and X6.
