Our new car arrived at the dealership on Monday and we took delivery the next day at 930am. The car was beautiful and ready for us. We needed to complete some standard paperwork and Nic, our Client Advisor, was very efficient. He also 'taught' us about the features of the new car. While we were with Nic, the finance department completed their paperwork so our time was not wasted waiting. Everyone at the dealership was very nice, friendly and accommodating throughout the entire car buying process (from sale to delivery).

Buying a car can be a very stressful experience. Many worries race through your mind, 1) am I getting a good deal on my purchase 2) am I getting a good deal on my trade-in, 3) can I afford this car. My wife and I had been looking at the X5 for about two months before seeing one that we liked. We had based our choices off of reviews of the chassis and engine options. I read on other reviews that Nic Brown is a pro, and I found that to be true in my purchase of a 2012 328i. Nic and I exchanged a few emails regarding the car, and made an appointment at a time convenient for me to meet. He was there and ready when I arrived - and spent a substantial amount of time with my wife and I going over the car, and attempting to make an obscure Technical Package feature work.
