Nic was very helpful and respectful. He knew the 2011 model intimately. He brought a car in for me from a neighboring BMW dealer for me to look at. He was very attentive did everything he said he would in our negotiation. (Made me feel like I was the most important customer at the dealership). I would definitely recommend him & Towson BMW to anyone!
Mr. Brown responded immediately to request for BMWs that met our specs. He was patient as we explored options he found and responded when we suggested other models that better met our needs. The car had a perfume odor and Mr. Brown had the car deodorized before purchase as the odor was deal killer. Really appreciated his listening skills and patience as he described the features. We got a nice value on trade in and a small discount on price for the pre certified vehicle. All staff were friendly and helpful. Nick was great.
We looked for over two weeks throughout M.D. for a quality used X3 BMW and we found ours at Towson BMW. Although I was looking for a new car, I found a used X3 with low miles on the Internet at this dealer that looked like it had everything I wanted on it. I decided to drive 65 miles to the dealer to test drive and confirm the car's configuration. Nic Brown was very friendly & helpful. He really spent a lot of time with me, discussing the various models & options. Very low key style, but prompt follow up on all my questions. The sales experience was quite positive. Frank Diblasi helped set up my lease. He went over everything with me, making sure all my questions were answered. Frank is a really gregarious guy. I enjoyed talking with him.
Jose Vielma is the most knowledgeable car representative I have ever encountered. It's as though he memorized the owners' manuals for every BMW product. His knowledge of the car's technical and other features is impressive. In fact, it was amazing. Jose didn't appear to be "playing games" when it came to the car buying experience. My family and I purchased a new X5 from David and the team. We emailed Towson BMW on a Wednesday and picked up our car on Saturday morning. With three kids, including a one year old, David quickly moved us through the process, took his time explaining the features of the car and followed up with us to make sure we were all set. From start to finish, a great process and everything you would hope from a dealership but rarely receive.
