Both David Borum and Ric Vitek have been very professional and went out of their way to make sure I drove away in the perfect BMW.
I have been doing business with these guys for quite some time now. I purchased an M3 from David last year and my M5 now. I get my car serviced here too as they do a great job there also. I happened to be on vacation in MD and realized BMW of Towson had a much sought after (personally) manual 135i coupe with an M-Sport package in Le Mans blue that I knew I could not pass on the opportunity of test driving. I worked with Jose Vielma and was pleasantly surprised that he already had the x5 I wanted to test drive at the front parking area. I've done my research and tested Jose and he answered all my questions about the X5 very accurately and his overall knowledge of bmw products including specific specs is spot on. My initial test-drive was with Charles Kubi, but we sealed the deal w/Matt Schmidt. Matt was very professional, friendly and efficient to deal with. I highly recommend both Charles & Matt, but ended up spending more time with Matt b/c Charles wasn't in that day, though he was also professional and explained the BMW 3 series while we were on our test drive. Altogether, a great experience & I'm enjoying my new BMW 3 Series immensely!
Kris is the best! BMW Towson has always been prompt, kind, and convenient. They provide great loaner cars and have even picked me up when it was inconvenient for me to get to the dealership

I continue to use BMW of Towson because they are the very best. I have shopped at other BMW dealerships in the state and the boys at Towson know how to get it done, are fair and stay true to their word. I would never buy from another BMW dealership period. David is great to work with. This is my 3rd consecutive time buying from him. I trust him and will continue to go with him. He negotiates fairly and you don't feel compelled to play a bunch of games.
