I visited the dealership to obtain warranty repair work for my 2012 Kia Forte. I was promptly advised about the nature of the warranty work that would be performed and the time frame the dealer needed to properly perform the work. The employees working at this dealership were very courteous and provided me with a ride to and from my home to the dealership during the time the repairs were made. We got right in at our scheduled time which is very much appreciated. They gave me top dollar estimate for what thc services could cost and did a thorough inspection which left them not needing to replace the air filter which brought my bill down by $100. The staff was friendly and informative. My overall experience was wonderful! Thanks you Park Place!

Ron Thrune was helpful and efficient. Buying a used vehicle is rarely perfect, even one like this that the dealer obtained thriough trade. I would have liked more complete information up-front as to all service records and the like, but the dealer produced what it could after I requested it. I will certainly consider purchasing from park Place again, even though I am 75 miles away.

Purchased a new Audi A6. Ron answered all my questions in the build process, and upon delivery took the time to make sure I was satisfied, via visual inspection and test drive, before signing ownership documents. Rochester Audi gave me a great, no fuss trade-in value on my used vehicle, and an outstanding price on my new Audi. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone in the Midwest in the market for a BMW or Audi.

I have purchased 15 vehicles from different dealers in the past. I must say, my recent purchase at Park Place was my most enjoyable experience to date. They are very friendly, competitive on pricing, no nonsense and low pressure. That implies to everyone there including the finance department. I have decided not to purchase cars again from a dealer based on the treatment from the finance department. I would definately purchase from Parck Place again!!
