I recently had my new Audi A5 serviced at PPM. It's not very often you run into a business that is eager to accommodate its customers any more these days but you'll find this in Park Place Motors. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new Audi. Easy to work with and always a pleasure!
The overall experience was pleasant and fast. I went to get my 2012 VW Passat serviced at the 10k mile mark. Jeff was very helpful and I felt extremely accommodated at the dealership. All the staff is well mannered and very professional. Thank you.
The process I went through was quick and easy. My new car is an excellent car with all of the bells and whistles and sleek appearance of its competitors at half the price. This company is able to finance people who have had a poor credit history. In today's economy, that is a plus.
Our experience was great! We worked with Frank Galvan who was very helpful and any time we had a question he always got right back to us. I would definitely buy from them again!
Jeff and Almin went out of there way to help us understand the operation and limitations of our Passat. Jeff explained and answered all of my questions about the car and remedied our concerns in the best way he possibly could. We used their shuttle service in order to go to lunch which made better use of our time and the drivers were very friendly and prompt. Almin even helped us install the floor mats after our service visit.
We were shoping for a new Jetta with the 0% interest rate. But our shopping went from looking to buying. Our sales personel knew all about the cars and helped us to find the exacted car we were looking for. We are very happy with our purchase. Thank you.
All I had fixed was my headlight but I was made to feel very important!! Did have a coolant sensor assessed and ordered, which will be fixed when the part comes in. Another dealer said it would take two hours to put in a headlight bulb. At your service center it only took a few minutes. Everyone was very nice to me!! Also had a very clean car when I picked it up!! I will come back for service whenever my car needs it!! Thanks much!! Carol

I was in the market for a used car and a friend who works at park place motors recomended I take a loo at thier cars. I went online and found a nice VW 2010 jetta se that was full of options liked.
